| 从建筑内外交织的各种联系的角度
来研究医院建筑。通过医学上介入治疗的概
念隐喻，“介入”被作为一种新的认识论来审
视医院改扩建中这些联系的变化：改扩建活
动“介入”城市、空间、行为、功能及时间五个
联系层面中，并以此构成医院建筑时空的连
续整体性。而作为一种更新方法，“介入”根
据特定医院对象的院区与城市、各功能之间
的联系情况，通过城市协调、流线组织、功
能整合、空间梳理及时序规划对这些联系重
新定义，进而实现医院系统的整体提升。 |

| Abstract: |
| Hospital buildings are studied in the perspective of internal and external linkages.
With the metaphor of interventional therapy which is a medical concept, intervention is taken
as a new epistemologyto review the changes of these linkages in hospital renewal. Renewal
activities ‘intervene’ in five aspects including urban, space, behavior, functions and time
linkages, in this way it can constitute continuous integrity of hospital building in terms of
space and time. In addition, as a renewal method, based on the relationships between hospital
and the city or other functions, ‘intervention’ redefine these relations through coordinating
urban pattern, organizing flow lines, integrating functions, teasing space structure and timing
construction. As a result, upgrading the overall hospital system is accomplished. |
