| 山地城市新区建设中生态化的城市空间格局构建是保障其未来健康有序发展的前提。本文阐述了生态城市理念所包含的自然要素生态化与人工环境低碳化的内涵特征,同时针对当前中小山地城市新区城市设计存在的问题,提出了生态城市设计原则以及刚性控制与弹性引导相结合的城市设计策略。 |

| In constructing new urban area of mountain cities, it is the prerequisite to develop ecological spatial pattern for future development. This paper explained the concept of ecological urban design, which contains the features of eco-design with natural elements and low carbon design with artificial environment. And aiming at the existing problems in small and mid-sized mountain cities, we proposed the principles of ecological urban design and the strategies which own the character of rigidity and flexibility. |
