| 从建筑内外交织的各种联系的角度来研究医院建筑。通过医学上介入治疗的概念隐喻，“介入”被作为一种新的认识论来审视医院改扩建中这些联系的变化：改扩建活动“介入”城市、空间、行为、功能及时间五个联系层面中，并以此构成医院建筑时空的连续整体性。而作为一种更新方法，“介入”根据特定医院对象的院区与城市、各功能之间的联系情况，通过城市协调、流线组织、功能整合、空间梳理及时序规划对这些联系重新定义，进而达成医院系统的整体提升。 |

| Abstract: |
| hospital buildings are considered in the sense of the linkages interweaving inside and outside .With the metaphor of interventional therapy which is a medical concept, “intervention” is used to review the changes of these linkages in hospital updating as a new epistemology. Update activities “intervene” in five aspects of linkages including urban, space, behavior, functions and time, for the space-time continuous integrity of hospital building. In addition, as a update method, “intervene” based on how hospital functions link to urban and with each other, redefine these relations through coordinating urban pattern, organizing flow lines, integrating function, teasing space structure and timing construction. As a result, upgrading the overall hospital system is accomplished. |
