| 为了不让城市总体环境持续恶化,实现城市与自然的和谐、可持续发展,如何保护和利用城市山体日益成为规划者关注的焦点。烟台是个典型的山水格局的城市,为保护城区不断被围垦破坏的山体、提高城市整体生态环境,在规划编制与实施层面上采用了划定控制界线的方式。技术上采用GIS分析手段,以层次分析法为依据,从自然山体界线、山体城市生态服务功能界线及管理界线三个方面分析,得到一条综合的山体绿地保护控制理论分析线。在此基础上,理论分析线进行可实施性修正,最终得到具有可操作性的山体绿地保护控制规划实施线。 |

| In order to stop the overall urban environment worsening and realize the harmonious and sustainable development between city and nature, how to protect and make use of mountains in city has increasingly become the focus point of planners. Yantai is a typical landscape pattern of the city, to protect the mountains have been damaged and improve the overall urban ecological environment, the plan took the way of delimiting the green line in the planning and implementation level. By using the GIS analysis method, drawing the line of natural mountain , the function line of ecological service for city and the line of management,then comprehensivly analysing the three lines, so as to obtain a reasonable mountain green-line in theory. On the basis, the theoretical line was finally revised to be an operable mountain green-line. |
