| 着眼于我国当前城市旧区更新
缺乏文化内涵的现状，为传承城市历史
文脉，在分析了文化的含义及其在城市
旧区表现形式的基础上，总结了文化在
城市旧区中的作用机制在于凸显地域文
化特色、加深居民认同感、增加文化氛
围，提高城市品味。以此为基础，结合嘉
陵桥西村的旧区改造案例，提出了城市旧
区中的文化策略，即提高认识，深入发掘
嘉陵桥西村的文化资源；注重内涵与表
现，建立文化的非物质与物质形态的结
合；突出文化特色，建立文化表征的旧区
更新体系；以人为本，重视城市更新中居
民的文化认同。该策略为我国当前的城市
旧区改造提供了积极参考。 |

| Urban Renewal Design Based on Cultural Strategies— Taking West Jialing Bridge Village in Yuzhong District of Chongqing as an Example |

| In order to carry forward the city’s historical context, based on the current
situation of the lack of cultural connotation for urban renewal, this paper analyzes the
cultural meaning and its manifestations of the old city and concludes that the impact
mechanisms of culture in the old city are to highlight the geographical and cultural
characteristics, deepen residents’ identity, enhance the cultural atmosphere, and improve
the quality of urban life. It takes urban transformation of West Jialing Bridge Village as
an example and proposes the cultural strategies: exploring the cultural resources in West
Jialing Bridge Village; emphasizing content and performance and combining cultural nonmaterial
form and the physical form; displaying cultural characteristics and establishing
urban renewal system with cultural representation; attaching great importance to the
residents’ cultural identity in urban renewal with the people-oriented concept. These
strategies provide positive references for current urban renewal in China. |
