沿海的城镇提供了历史性的发展机遇和
挑战。本文以石狮市为例，讨论了新的发
展条件下，城市空间结构与产业发展中存
在的问题和解决途径。通过石狮市中心
区东片区的规划实践，探讨以中心区功能
提升为途径的“海西”中小城市城镇化的
发展思路和规划策略。 |

| A Study on Optimized and Promoted Strategy of Central District in Shishi City |

| Abstract: |
| The implementation of National Strategy of West Coast presents historic
development opportunities and challenges to many towns in southeast coastal areas.
This paper takes Shishi city as an example, discussing the problems and solutions of
urban spatial structure and industrial development under the new conditions. Through
the planning practices of the east area of Shishi central district, it illustrates the
development ideas and planning strategies for the urbanization of small and mediumsized
cities by upgrading the functions of central area. |
