| 云南高原湖泊湿地具有独特
的生态价值，现面临着环境恶化和湖区
人居环境可持续发展的矛盾，如何建立
两者间的协调机制是我们面临的难题。
本文以洱源西湖国家湿地公园为例，阐
明人居环境与湿地利用的关系，分析人
居环境的发展策略，实践水体治理与生
态恢复的技术，提出高原湖泊型湿地保
护与发展对策，促进人居环境的可持续
发展。 |

| Abstract: |
| The lake wetland on Yunnan plateau is of unique ecological value. However,
it is presently faced with contradiction between the environmental protection and
sustainable development. How to establish the coordinated mechanism is the main focus.
This paper, taking Eryuan West Lake National Wetland Park as an example, illustrates
the relationship between the living environment and wetland, explores the strategy for the
human settlements development, puts the technology of water management and ecological
restoration into practice, and proposes the preservation and development countermeasures
of lake wetland on plateau in order to promote the sustainable development of human
settlements. |
