| 首先，从资源科学基础理论出
发界定了建筑资源的概念内涵：能够作为
劳动对象投入到社会生产中创造出财富
的既有建筑；然后，从社会生产视角引申
出建筑资源的若干理论问题；其后，对不
同类型的产品价值和生产成本进行分析，
探讨相应的建筑资源利用方法及其中的
属性操作；最后，建立对建筑资源利用中
的主体需求、利用模式、产品类型及其价
值、广义的生产成本等的初步认识，进而
揭示出社会生产视角下的建筑资源理论
要点及其关联。 |

| Abstract: |
| Firstly, architectural resources are defined as existing buildings that can
be used as objects of labor to create fortune based on theories of resources science.
Secondly, issues of architecture resource are mentioned from the perspective of social
production. Thirdly, different types of production values and cost are analyzed, and
methods of architecture resource utilization are discussed. Lastly, demands, utilization
patterns, production values and costs are realized, and outline of architectural resources
theory is revealed. |
