| 长期以来，处于二元割裂状态
的城乡经济空间导致我国城乡关系存在
诸多问题，寻找城乡之间有效联动发展
的模式成为实现城乡统筹的关键。文章
从城乡统筹的角度出发，探索基于C SA
发展模式下的乡村社区规划，试图通过
该模式的实行，在乡村社区居民与城市居
民间建立起一种高效的联系机制，使其
能够推动城乡之间的沟通与合作，促进
城乡经济空间的有效融合；文章以三里
河社区为规划实践案例，提出了基于CSA
模式的田园社区理念，探讨了该理念指导
下的乡村社区规划过程及其推广前景，
以期为同类型乡村社区建设提供参考。 |

| Abstract: |
| China’s urban-rural economic space has been in the dual fragment state for
a long time, giving rise to the prominent contradiction between urban and rural areas.
The key of achieving overall urban-rural development is to look for an effective mode
of joint development. From the perspective of overall urban-rural development, the
rural community planning based on the CSA mode were explored. It tried to establish
an efficient contact mechanism between the rural and urban residents through the
application of this mode, promote their communication and cooperation, and accelerate
the effective integration of urban and rural economic space. Taking the planning of
Sanlihe rural community for example, it proposed the pastoral community concept
based on the CSA mode, explored the rural community planning process under the
concept of CSA pastoral community, and concluded the promotion prospects and
applicable conditions of the CSA mode. It’s expected that it would provide references
for the community construction of the same kind. |
