| 本文讨论了城乡规划学科近现
代以来的建设发展过程，指出了现代城
乡规划学科演变、纳新和发展的社会原
因，阐明了城乡规划学科从物质规划逐
步拓展到综合规划的历史过程和社会发
展的影响因素。文章对以英国为代表的
欧洲国家城市规划学科的发展过程和历
史特征进行了分析，提出学科建设可资
借鉴的方面；对中国城镇化发展的特殊
性以及城乡规划学科建设特色性进行了
分析，指出我国“城乡规划学”一级学科
建设将“城市”和“乡村”同时纳入学科
建设范围，是我国国情所在，是中国特色
城镇化道路的客观需要。文章阐明了城
乡规划学科的理论和方法论基础，对进
一步认识我国城乡规划学科的建设和发
展，明确理论研究方向和目标，融贯一级
学科的内容和发展领域，具有较好的指
导意义。 |

| Development Process of Urban and Rural Planning Discipline |

| Abstract: |
| This paper provided a brief review of the development process of the
urban and rural planning discipline in modern times, indicated the social reasons of
development in terms of urban and rural planning discipline, and demonstrated the
infl uencing factors of shifting from physical planning to comprehensive planning. It
analyzed the development process and historical characteristics of urban and rural
planning in British and provided some enlightenment for discipline construction.
Then, it illustrated the particularity of urbanization development and the features of
urban and rural planning discipline. The current national conditions demanded that
both urban and rural studies should be included in the fi rst-level discipline, urban and
rural planning, which was also the objective need of the urbanization with Chinese
characteristics. It’s expected that this paper would provide some guidance for further
understanding the development of urban and rural planning discipline, setting a better
theoretical objective for further studies, and integrating the contents and development
fi elds of fi rst-level discipline. |
