随着全球环境污染、温室效应和
能源短缺等问题日益突出,绿色建筑成为
建筑行业可持续发展理念的具体体现。绿
色建筑评价系统是评价一个建筑是否符合
绿色标准的指标体系,同时对绿色建筑的
发展方向和绿色建筑的设计、建造管理具
有指导、规范的作用。本文结合国外先进
评价体系分析了我国绿色建筑标准的发展
过程,提出了现行绿色建筑评估标准的优
点与不足,探讨了我国绿色建筑标准应行
的科学、自主的创新之路,并提出了绿色建
筑评估标准应着重发展的几个方面。 |

Abstract: |
As environmental pollution, global warming and energy shor tage
becoming increasingly serious, green building is proved to be a response of
sustainable development in construction industry. The green building assessment
system is not only an evaluation criterion but also plays the role of guiding and
regulating the development of green building. Combining advanced evaluation
system abroad, the present study analyzed development process of the green buildings
assessment standards in China, and presented the advantages and disadvantages
of current green buildings assessment standards. Finally, it proposed that green
building assessment standards in China should adhere to scientific and independent
innovation, and the development emphasis should be laid on some aspects. |
