| 美国社区发展研究发端于二战
后，社区发展理念和模式从“需求为本”
转向“资产为本”并成为当代城市研究的
热点。通过对两种理念和模式的介绍，
认识“资产为本”的社区发展过程分为四
步——社区组织、构想、规划、实施与评
估，最后回到社区组织；总结当前美国社区
发展所面临的挑战；从转变理念、转变角
色和加强教育三个方面分析了对我国社区
发展研究的启示。 |

| Abstract: |
| The development of American community originated after World War II.
The methods of approaching community development are transferring from “Needs-based” to “Asset-based” and have become a hot spot in contemporary urban study in
US. Through the introduction to these two approaches, this paper fi rstly elaborates that
“Asset-based” Community Development Process is divided into four steps — community
organization, visioning, planning, implementation and evaluation, then it goes back to
the community organization, and finally it summarizes the current challenges within
American community development and analyzes the inspiration for research on Chinese
community development in three aspects — transformation of ideas, change of roles and
strengthening the education. |
