| 本文在对“夏热冬冷”地区办公建筑遮阳
状况调研的基础上，分析存在的问题，探讨分析
可控式外遮阳在该地区应用的可能性及策略，并
用Ecotect分析软件模拟可控式外遮阳的作用效
果，以期对降低办公建筑的能耗有所帮助。 |

| Basing on the investigation of outside
sunshading of office buildings in hot summer and
cold winter zone, this paper analyzes the present
problems and the possibility and strategies of the
application of adjustable outside sunshading in
this area, then simulates its effects by Ecotect
software which intends to reduce the energy
consumption of office buildings. |
