| 乡村是最基本的生存空间和社会主体，促
进乡村发展是城乡统筹规划的核心。本文引入“乡
村经营”理念，以四川省开江县城乡统筹规划为
例，明确经营乡村的资源条件和重点解决问题；并
从经营的空间统筹出发，强调乡村发展的空间全
覆盖与区域联系。本文分县域、城市规划区和跨
域统筹思考经营乡村的策略与规划布局。 |

the concept of“rural management” by
citing the case of urbanrural planning for
Sichu an Kaijiang, elucid ates the res ou rc e s
a nd key issue s for ope r at i ng t he r u r al, a nd
emphasizes the overall spatial coverage of rural
development and regional connections based on
the spatial co-ordination. The paper expands on
the integrating thinking of r ural management
st rategies and spatial layout i n the levels of
county, urban district and inter-region. |
