| 摘要: |
| 以重庆市新农村建设为背景，从现已开展
的农村居民点风貌改造和环境整治工作入手，分
别对目前三种农民新村建设模式的典型案例的布
局影响因素进行提取和分析，归纳和总结了影响
农民新村建设布局的六个主要因素，即区位交通、
现状建设、政策制度、自然条件、主导产业和地域
风俗并明确其作用机制，探讨了农民新村建设模
式与各因子的关联，为指导实际建设给予适当建
设性意见。 |

| Abstract: |
| In the background of the new rural
const r uction in Chongqing, star ting with the
transformation and environmental remediation
work which has been car r ied out, this paper
generalizes six main affecting factors of the new
rural construction layout and its mechanism from
three typical cases, which are transport conditions,
current construction situation, policies and systems,
natural conditions, leading industry and regional
customs socio-economic. And through the analysis
of the connection of the new rural construction to
these affecting factors, it provides some constructive
suggestions for guiding the practice. |
