| 本文通过对新中国成立后不同时期高技术
建筑发展典型实例的分析，探讨了影响各阶段发
展的主要因素，以及各时期发展的重点，并由此
梳理和总结出中国高技术建筑的发展脉络，对发
展中存在的问题进行了反思。本研究在发挥高新
技术在建筑中的应用、实现高技术建筑的可持续
发展方面具有学术价值，并在建筑创作方面具有
指导意义。 |

| Through the case st udy of ty pical
Chinese high-tech architecture at different times
after 1949, when the P.R.China was founded, the
paper discusses major inf luential elements and
focal points of development in each stage, thus
summarizes the evolution of Chinese high-tech
architecture and reflects on the relevant problems
during this process. Apar t from the directive
significance in architectural creation, this research
