| 基本文从全球范围内的环境问题着手，立
足我国城市化和经济发展的背景，针对过去的几
十年间发达地区城市发展所存在的问题进行反
思，并结合生态城市理论和国内外的实践案例提
出相应的解决途径。最后，本文以重庆黔江区空
间发展战略规划为例，从城市产业选择、空间结
构、土地利用和生态建设四个方面进行阐述，探
讨了在此背景下，我国欠发达地区应当如何寻求
适合自身的可持续发展路径。 |

| Abstract: |
| Set in the backg rou nd of China's
urbanization and economic development, this paper,
starting from the global environmental issues,
reviews on the problems of urban development
in China’s developed regions for the past several
decades. By taking into consideration of domestic
and international theory on ecological city and
practice cases, the paper proposes responding
solutions to such problems. At last, taking the
Strategic Spatial Planning of Qianjiang, Chongqing
as an example, th rough elaborating on cit y’s
industry selection, spatial structure, land use and
ecological construction, the paper discusses how to
find suitable ways of sustainable development for
China's less developed regions. |
