| 在城市发展处于“人居软环境”时代，并
且最终目标是达到和谐人居的背景下，本文提出
“公民空间”的概念意在使人们对公共空间的关
注重新转移到其公共生活的本质上，并关注空间
与社会公众之间的关系，将对空间的思考与社会
问题、与人的问题更为紧密地结合起来，并对这
些信息做出判断，激发公共空间潜在的更深层次
的需求。 |

| Abstract: |
| Agai nst the backg rou nd of u rban
development having entered the age of “soft living
environment”, whose ultimate objective is to
achieve harmonious living, this paper comes up
with the concept of “civic space”, aiming to divert
attention from public space to the essence of
public life, arouse concerns with the relationship
bet we e n spa ce a nd t he publ ic, combi ne t he
consideration of space with social and human
problems and make judgments, and stimulate
potential and deeper needs of public space. |
