| 随着经济的发展，科技的进步，对人文精神的关注达到了前所未有的高度，作为脑力劳动必须场所——办公空间，其设计的重点也逐渐由满足生理所需的声、光、热、气以及简单交往等较低层次要求向营造积极情绪、激发创造力、体验成就感、实现自身价值等较高层次要求转变。本文从人的高级需求入手，结合现代办公空间的发展需要，探讨了如何创造一个更加人性化的办公空间环境。 |

| With the developments of economy and technology, we have paid more and more attention to humanistic spirit on unprecedented level. Our key point of design for office space, which we can't live without,is transforming from basic physiological needs to higher requirement such as self-esteem, expectations and ambitions. This Article gives a research on office space and discusses how to meet the higher needs of humanity. |
