| 人们对建筑与城市空间的体验方式，以及建筑学和城市规划学本身时常与其他学科交叉的特性，决定了在解读建筑与城市时往往有许多不同的视角。本文试图将已有的建筑与城市理论研究分为两种偏向，一种为在横向上与美术、音乐、心理学等人文学科相联系的研究方式，另一种为在纵向上与经济、政治、文化等社会学科相联系的研究方式。文中通过对多部建筑与城市规划理论著作的浅显分析、对比、总结出两种解读方式之间的异同，并探讨了作为建筑师和规划师应采取的研究态度。 |

| Based on the investigation,this paper introduces the situation of residents living in the old state-owned industrial communities,shows the real life statue of the low-income urban residents with conclusive data,and summarizes the facts:indemnity of low-income urban residents is somehow limited and housing rental subsidy standard is low;At the same time,based on survey of family in old state-owned industrial communities in Chongqing,it finds that it's difficult to safeguard low-income families' living rights and interests only by rental subsidies.Then,it moves on to give suggestion for indemnity system of low-income urban residents of Chongqing. |
