| 以重庆第一批历史文化名镇洪安镇为例，
本文通过对其价值特色的研究，现实问题的分
析，探索古镇保护与城镇发展的关系，将历史文化
保护与城市总体规划、自然环境保护、人居环境改
善以及城镇社会经济发展相结合，从总体规划、
旅游规划等层面提出古镇保护与发展的措施与
策略。 |
