| 18世纪产生的浪漫主义是一场开创西方现
代意识的文化运动，其浪漫主义自然观里“回归
自然”的幸福理想，对同时期的城市规划产生了重
要的影响。当下，面对一个衡量国家发展与进步的
指标体系——幸福指数GNH的兴起，以“国民幸
福”为导向的城市发展及规划模式应借鉴浪漫主
义自然观思想。本文对浪漫主义自然观在城市规
划中的表现进行了论述，提出浪漫主义自然观与
国民幸福视角下城市规划建设应关注的重点。 |

| The Happiness of Citizens: The Representation and Edification of the Romantic Naturism in Urban Planning |

| Abstract: |
| Romanticism, as a cultural movement
rising in the eighteenth centur y, initiated the
Moder n Wester n consciousness. The ideal of
happiness —“back to nat u re” which involved
in the romantic nat urism, exer ted signif icant
inf luence on the urban planning of that period.
Nowadays, confronting with the rise of
“GNH(Gross National Happiness)”—an indicator
which can measure a country’s development and
progress, the urban development and planning
model that g uided by the logos of “ National
Happiness” should draw lessons from the
romantic naturism. This ar ticle discusses the
manifestation of the romantic naturism in the
urban planning, and proposes the focal points
in the urban planning from the viewpoints of
romanticism as well as the National Happiness. |
