| 在实地调研的基础上，本文介绍了国营老
厂区居民居住生活现状，用数据展现了城市低收
入居民的真实生活状况，总结出城市低收入居民
住宅保障范围偏小，住房租赁补贴标准偏低的现
实；同时基于对重庆市国营老厂区家庭的调查，作
者发现仅依靠租赁补贴难以起到保障低收入家
庭的居住权益，并由此引出对重庆市低收入居民
住房保障制度的改进建议。 |

| Based on the investigation, this paper
introduces the situation of residents living in
the old state-ow ned indust r ial com mu nities,
shows the real life st at us of the low-income
urban resdents with conclusive data , and
summarizes the facts: indemnity of low-income
urban residents is somehow limited and housing
rent al subsidy st andard is low; At the same
time, based on sur vey of family in old state-owned industrial communities in Chongqing, it
finds that its difficult to safeguard low-income
families’ living rights and interests only by rental
subsidies. Then, it moves on to give suggestion for
indemnity system of low-income urban residents
of Chongqing. |
