| 本文在分析紧凑城市空间的基础上部结评述了紧凑城市测度的三类方法：空间形态特征测江法、多指标计量统计测度法和指标体系测度法，并先取城市空间紧凑度、公共交通可达性、能源资源利用率和社会可接受度作为评价因子，以指标体系测度法为基础，从城市外部形态紧凑度、内部紧凑度和城市效率三个层面上探讨了紧凑城市综合测度体系的构建。 |

| Abstract: |
| Based on the analysis of the compact city space,this paper illustrates three methods of mea-suring compactness;spatial eigen value,measurement statistics and index system.With the index of energy and resource,and social accept-ability which as the measurement factors,based on the method of index system,it discusses the con-struction of the comprehensive measure system from three aspects which including compactness of urban exterior spatial,compactness of urbam internal spa-thal and urban efficiency. |
