| 本文以中国目前大规模的析区扩张建设为研究对象，通过对传统城市理论在指导城市建设中所带来的问题及存在的不足进行分析，试图将“景观都市主义”这一新型理论与城市设计结合起来，探索出一套更为科学和系统的城市设计方法，用以指导我国新城建设。并以重庆市梁平县双桂湖片区城市设计为例，通过对城市新区城市设计问题及要点进行分析概括，对基于景观都市主义理论的城市新区城市设计新策略进行了探讨与总结。 |

| This paper analyses the problems and shortcomings caused by traditional urban theory which is used to guide the urban construction, and tries to make the new theory "landscape urbanism"combined with urban desigtn to explore a more scien-tific and systematic method to guide the urban design of new town construction. And taking the urban de-sign of Shuanggui Lake in Liangping, Chongqing for example, through the summary and analysis of the key points in the urban design, it discusses and sum-marizes a new strategy of urban design of new rrban areas, basing on the thery of landscape urbanism. |
