| 住宅从来都不仅仅是住宅，对待它的态度显露出人类对于自身生存状态的思考向度。在《十宅论》一书中，隈研吾在分析现实的基础上将日本住宅分成虚拟的十种类型，同时生动地描绘出相对应的十类人的生活状态。作者著书时正值日本“泡沫经济”盛行之际，土地、房地产价格暴涨，大街上到处都是起重机，银行则以不断升值的土地作为担保，向债务人大量贷款。这些情况都与今天的中国类似，此时读这本书也显得更有意义。 |

| House is not only a place to live. The attitude we treat it shows our thinking of ourselves survival. In the book,the author Kengo Kuma di-vided all houses in Japan into 10 virtual classes based on the analysis of the real conditions. At that time Japan was in the period of bubble economy. In some ways, the situation in Japan then was similar to that situation today in China. So Japan's experience is a very good reference to us. |
