| Designing Design is Kenya Hara's repre-sentative book,who is a famous Japanese graphic designer. This book takes"the 21st century" and "Ja-pan" for the study background of time and place. From the origin of design,, the author discusses the question of what design is with readers under the help of vivid examples and relaxed described methods. The book also emphasizes the basic principles of design starthng from everyday life. The designers should also have the ability to create and communicate. In addition to this, the author shows the meaning of Japanese culture applied to the design and the responsibilities and obligations of designers in the design field. |
