| 本文在分析国内外CBD、RBD建设发展现状的基础上，以重庆市永川区渝西广场片区城市设计为例，对旅游导向型城市既有旧城中心与新城中心的动态互补发展进行了研究，提出了旧城CBD根据不同阶段的发展需要演进为RBD的可能。同时引入国外规划系分类法，并应用城市设计所包含的形态、拓扑、场所三大理论，以相应设计策略解答了所有存在的问题，旨在为旅游导向型城市实现从CBD到RBD的业态和空间演进提供参考。 |

| Abstract: |
| This paper investigates the dynamic complementarities between the olkd and new city cen-ters of tourist-oriented cities. Based on the compre-hension of CBD&RBD development, and the exem-plification of Urban Design for the District of Yuxi plaza, Yongchuan, Chongqing, the author advances the possibility for evolution from old CBD to RBD due to new development needs .Overseas systematic classifications of urban-planning and three dominant urban design theories-figure-ground,linkage, and place theories-are also involved in the design strat-egy of this case. |
