| 当前，重庆的城市化进程正处于加速期，低收入家庭住房难的问题成为政府重点关注的民生问题。保障性住房是面向城市中低收入阶层、旨在解决其居住问题的特殊住房。本文从规划布局的角度出发，通过对重庆市城市低收入群体分布现状的调查，在分析重庆地域文化特色与空间结构的基础上，提出了重庆市保障性住房的规划布局原则。 |

| Housing difficulty of low-income families has inevitably been one focal aspect which current government pays much attention to, as Chongqing on a fast track of urbanization. Subaistence housing is a special type of accommodation, facing urban mid-low income groups who are not able to afford hous-ing necessities. By research on living situations of low-income groups, this article aims to propose some urban planning solution principles of Chongqing City on the basis of analysis of regional culture and geo-graphical structure of the city. |
