| 在我国城市化的发展进程中，必然有大量历史遗存建筑被淘汰，大型工业厂房建筑群是其中不可忽视的重要部分。针对该类建筑遗产的处理态度和方法有很多种，但大部分都没有很好地实现其社会和经济效益，反而在具体改造过程中浪费了大量宝贵的社会资源。本文就此提出了工业建筑遗产新的改造方法和策略，以期实现创造社会效益和节约社会资源的双赢局面。 |

| Large-scale industrial buildings have be-come an important part of historical building being edged out, which cannot be ignored in the course of China's urbanization. There are lots of methods aim-ing to solve this problem at present; However, most of them have not acquired enough social and eco-nomic benefits, but wasted many valuable social re-sources during the reconstruction. This paper puts forward some new strategy on this question with a view to create a win-win situation for social benefits gaining and social resources saving. |
