| 近几年来，我国自然灾害频发，尤以洪水灾害范围广、危害大，成为制约受灾地区社会和经济可持续发展的重要因素。本文以重庆江北嘴滨水区为研究对象，尝试通过规划手段建立涸期嵌套的洪水动态管理机制，这并非简单地将洪水隔离在城市之外，而是设法让这种灾害性要素与城市和谐共生，成为城市景观的重要组成元素。 |

| Recently, natural calamities occurred in China frequently. Thereinto, Flood has played an important role in restricting sustainable development of the society and economy, due to its wide range of areas and great damage. Taking the Waterfront in Chongqing Jiangbezui for Example, this paper dis-cusses the folld dynamic management system re-sorted to layout, which can not only simply keep the flood away from urban, but also be the way to trans-rer the calamity factor into the important factor of the city's Landscape, and lead to symbiotic harmony for the city. |
