| 摘要: |
| 中国当代的建筑创作实践一直受到“民族性”与“现代性”问题的困扰，尤其在改革开放以后，建筑市场化使建筑的地域价值逐渐衰落，大量国外设计机构的介入又使建筑创作逐渐走向“全球化”，在这种背景下，保护、发展和创新地域建筑文化更加成为当代中国建筑师的使命。本文简述了中国地域建筑的发展历程，指出我国的地域建筑思潮不是现在才有的，其自中国近代建筑学科诞生以来就一直伴随着中国近现代建筑史的发展，并将随着时代与社会、经济、文化状况的变化而不断发展。 |

| In the practice of Chinese contemporary architectural creation, Chinese architects have always been perplexed by "national character"and "modernity", especially since the introduction of the reform and opening policy: marketization of archi-tecture has made regional value of architecture gradu-ally decline, and a large number of foreign designing institutions' intervention into Chinese market has also driven architectural creation towards "globalization". Therefore, against this background, how to protect, develop and innovate regional archi-tecture culture has been the mission of Chinese regional archi-tecture and dissects the fact that the trend in Chinese regional architecture is not offspring of vurrent situ-ation, but has been an intgral part of the development of Chinese modern and contemporary architecture history since the founding of Chinese modern archi-tecture science, also the trend will constantly de-velop as conditions change in the present or future. |
