| 本文结合北京市西部妙峰山地区的“研究型”规划设计，在深入调研和分析现状问题的基础上，突破传统“城乡规划”套路的束缚和理的“经济规划”空洞教条的制约，创新性地提出了“区域发展综合性规划”的新理念。规划体现了村镇建设中的区域性、综合性以及经济产业与基本建设协调发展的特点。本研究既有“实体设计”（physical design）又有“社会规划”(social planning)，对区域性的村镇建设规划具有普遍的借鉴意义。 |

| Abstract: |
| The article combined with the Research Model Planning of the Miaofengshan Valley in Beijing on the basis of a profound in-vestigation and analysis of real problems and Broke through the hinder of traditional urban-rural planning model and the limit of old economic planning based on valid theory, innovatively put forward the new notion of Regional Devel-opment omprehensive Planning. The planning incar-nated regional comprehensive character and harmonious de-velopment of industrial economy and basic construc-tion in construction of towns and villages. The research in-cluded not only physical de-sign but social planning and is a widely important meanign to the towns and villages con-struction of the urban fringe. |
