基于社交媒体数据的城市情绪复杂性空间建模研究

摘要:
随着人本导向的城市更新理念深化,公众情绪成为衡量空间质量与社会韧性的关键维度。本文以贵阳市为例,构建“情绪表达—空间结构—周期机制”分析框架,融合微博情绪识别、POI功能混合与主成分建模,系统探讨情绪复杂性的时空演化特征。研究发现,情绪状态具显著结构异质性与节律波动,功能混合度在15:00–16:00与21:00–22:00对情绪复杂性的解释力增强,工作日敏感性更强。研究最终构建的ECI指数可用于识别情绪高敏区域,支撑人本导向的城市干预策略。

Spatial Modeling of Urban Emotional Complexity Based on Social Media Data

Abstract:
As human-centered urban renewal continues to advance, public emotion has become a key dimension for assessing spatial quality and social resilience. Taking Guiyang as a case study, this research constructs an analytical framework of “emotional expression–spatial structure–temporal cycle,” integrating social media-based emotion classification, POI-based functional mixing, and principal component modeling to explore the spatiotemporal dynamics of emotional complexity. The results reveal significant structural heterogeneity and rhythmic fluctuations in emotional states, with functional diversity showing stronger explanatory power for emotional complexity at 15:00–16:00 and 21:00–22:00, especially on weekdays. The proposed Emotional Complexity Index (ECI) can effectively identify emotionally sensitive areas and support human-centered spatial intervention strategies.
