绿色基础设施对心理压力缓解与注意力恢复的多维度评估

随着中国城市化进程的不断加速,城市居住人口的比例显著上升,城市基础设施的面积逐渐扩大。然而,城市中绿色基础设施的比例却呈现下降趋势。这一变化引发了人们对城市居民心理健康和压力水平的关注。基于压力舒缓理论与注意力恢复理论,本研究在受控的实验室环境中进行视觉模拟量表(VAS)数据的收集以及心电信号的采集,研究绿色基础设施与对比组对心理压力缓解效果与注意力恢复的差异。结果表明,观看绿色基础设施图片的参与者表现出显著的心率下降、RMSSD值显著增加,且交感神经活动显著降低、副交感神经活动显著增强。这些生理指标的变化表明,绿色基础设施在缓解心理压力与注意力恢复方面具有显著的积极作用。本研究强调了在城市规划和环境设计中融入绿色基础设施的必要性,并指出未来研究应考虑多生理指标和个体差异对心理压力缓解的影响。

Abstract:
With the rapid acceleration of urbanization in China, the proportion of the urban population has significantly increased, accompanied by the continuous expansion of urban infrastructure. However, the proportion of green infrastructure within cities has shown a declining trend, raising growing concerns about the mental health and stress levels of urban residents. Grounded in Stress Recovery Theory (SRT) and Attention Restoration Theory (ART), this study employed a controlled laboratory experiment to investigate the differential effects of green infrastructure versus a control condition on psychological stress relief and attention recovery. Data were collected through Visual Analogue Scales (VAS) and electrocardiographic (ECG) measurements. The results revealed that participants exposed to images of green infrastructure exhibited a significant reduction in heart rate, a marked increase in RMSSD values, a substantial decrease in sympathetic nervous activity, and a notable enhancement in parasympathetic activity. These physiological changes indicate that green infrastructure exerts a significant restorative effect on both psychological stress relief and attentional recovery. This study underscores the importance of integrating green infrastructure into urban planning and environmental design, and suggests that future research should consider multiple physiological indicators and individual differences in psychological stress responses.
