| 北京西北郊三山五园地区是历史上北京城的水源地也是旱涝威胁的多发区域。现今极端气候给遗产保护带来挑战，三山五园作为保存最为完善的历史遗址之一，有着较好的抗灾性能，是防范自然灾害的典型案例。本文基于历史资料，重建西北郊历史旱涝等级，分析旱涝交替时期乾隆通过水利整治带动的西北郊农业灌溉与园林营建，最后将其总结为（1）农业生产错峰用水；（2）水利驱动下的造园；（3）管理机构各司其职。以期在气候异常频现的背景下，可以为遗产的防灾减灾提供经验。 |

| Abstract: |
| The Three Mountains and Five Gardens area in the northwest suburbs of Beijing has been a historical water source for the city and a frequent area threatened by droughts and floods. The current extreme climate poses challenges to heritage conservation. As one of the most well preserved historical sites, Sanshan Wuyuan has good disaster resistance and is a typical case of preventing natural disasters. Based on historical data, this article reconstructs the historical drought and flood levels in the northwest suburbs, analyzes the agricultural irrigation and garden construction driven by water conservancy improvement during the period of drought and flood alternation by Emperor Qianlong, and finally summarizes it as (1) staggered water use in agricultural production; (2) Landscape design driven by water conservancy; (3) Each management organization performs its own duties. In order to provide experience for disaster prevention and reduction of heritage in the context of frequent climate anomalies. |
