既有住区人居低碳品质评价模型及可视化研究

摘要:
人作为构建低碳住区的第一个维度,其对住区低碳品质评价是对住区进行更新改造的关键理论之一,而我国对既有住区的低碳品质评价体系研究较为缺乏。首先通过对大连市既有住区进行现场调研,并结合问卷进行综合评价;然后通过运用MATLAB软件中Fuzzy Logic模块将主观因素与客观因素相结合,建立了有效的低碳品质模糊评价模型,并实现该模型精确的可视化表达。通过该模型的建立,日后对既有小区的低碳品质评价,可以针对每个既有住区给予一个直观的评价结果,用于指导既有建筑改造。

Research on the model of low carbon quality evaluation and visualization in existing residential areas

Abstract:
Human beings as the first dimension of building the low carbon residential area,its evaluation of low carbon quality in residential area is one of the key theories to renovate the residential area.However, the study on the low carbon quality evaluation system of existing residential areas is still lacking. Firstly,through investigating the existing residential area of dalian,the comprehensive evaluation is did combined with the questionnaire.Then by using the Fuzzy Logic module in MATLAB software, an effective Fuzzy evaluation model of low carbon quality are established,which the subjective factors and objective factors are combined and realize the accurate visual representation of the model.Through the establishment of this model, low carbon quality evaluation of existing residential areas can be evaluated in the future, and it can be used to give an intuitive evaluation result for each existing residential area, which can be used to guide existing buildings.
