长沙市望城区人地关系协调度评价

摘要:
人地关系是地理学研究的永恒课题,人地协调是人类可持续发展的重要前提。基于资源、环境、经济、社会四个方面构建指标体系,运用协调度模型对2010-2015年望城区人地关系协调状态进行定量评价。结果表明:望城区人地关系协调状态总体呈上升趋势,目前处于中级协调阶段,但是不稳定,离优质协调还有一定距离。人地协调存在的主要问题包括耕地资源、水资源总量呈下降趋势,而城镇化快速推进,人地矛盾使生态安全将会受到严重挑战。未来应全面提高望城区综合竞争力,缩小区域差距;合理开发资源,促进生态文明建设;尊重人地关系地域系统理论,促进要素的有效配置,健全资源环境和经济社会发展的互补机制。

Abstract:
The man-land relationship is an eternal subject of geography research.Coordinated man-land relationship is an important prerequisite for human sustainable development.This paper construct index system from four aspects of the resources, environment, economy, society to use the model of coordinated man-land relationship, and does quantitative analysis on the coordination state of the man-land relationship in Wangcheng district during the past 2010-2015 years.The results show that the man-land relationship coordination state in Wangcheng district is on the rise, but there is still a certain distance from the goal of quality coordination because of instability.The main problems in man-land relationship coordination include the declining trend of land resources and water resources, while urbanization is advancing rapidly, and the ecological balance and environmental protection would be faced with serious challenge. In the future, The Wangcheng District should Comprehensively improve the comprehensive competitiveness and narrow the regional gap; Develop resources rationally and promote the construction of ecological civilization and respect the theory of man-earth areal system, promote the effective allocation of factors, and improve the complementary mechanism of resource environment and economic and social development.
