      在快速城市化和地震灾害频发的背景下,绿地系统的防灾避难功能得到极大重视;高校是城市中人口密集区域之一,又是国家人才的集中地,高校绿地系统应急避难机能的研究就显得尤为重要。该研究对福州大学绿地系统应急避难的机能进行分析,首先调查并统计像整理了福州大学旗山校区的各项基本数据,得出福州大学旗山校区绿地总面积为106.5hm2,其中处于安全绿地的面积有74.3hm2,有效避难面积30.8hm2。其次运用ArcGIS的空间技术分析手段,分别以服务半径300m、500m,计算缓冲区所覆盖面积,最后对绿地系统进行可达性分析。最终通过分析得出结论,福州大学绿地避难系统基本满足紧急、固定的避难场所要求,但生活区和教学区人均避难面积相对较低;可达性方面教学区最弱,运动区最好。通过得出的结论,为提高该校园应急避难能力提出建议。
英文摘要:
      In the context of rapid urbanization and frequent earthquake disaster, the disaster prevention and sanitation function of the green space system has been paid great attention. The university has concentrated a large number of people, but also the reserve of the national talents, and the research on the emergency evacuation function of the green space system It is particularly important. This paper analyzes the function of emergency evacuation of Fuzhou University green space system. Firstly, it investigates and summarizes the basic data of Qingshan campus of Fuzhou University. It is concluded that the total area of Qingshan campus of Fuzhou University is 106.5hm2, which is in safe green space The area has 74.3hm2, effective evacuation area of 30.8hm2. Secondly, using ArcGIS's spatial technology analysis method, the coverage area of the buffer is calculated by using the service radius of 300m and 500m respectively. Finally, the reachability of the green space system is analyzed. Finally, through the analysis, Fuzhou University green shelter system basically meet the urgent and fixed evacuation sites, but the living area and teaching area per capita asylum area is relatively low; reachability of the teaching area is the weakest, the best sports area. Through the conclusions drawn, to improve the ability of the campus emergency evacuation recommendations.
