海绵城市的显微力量——以日本城市“雨庭”为例

摘要:
近年来,许多突降性暴雨使得我国城市越来越多的地表径流和雨水循环出现问题。每当汛期,城市内涝灾害频发,同时也引发了水资源浪费与城市生态环境恶化等问题。海绵城市建设技术的推广是解决这些问题的有效途径之一。本文以日本城市“雨庭”为案例,在运作机理、特征等的基础上详细解读与剖析城市“细部”的雨水浸透绿化措施,挖掘海绵城市的显微力量,期望对我国海绵城市建设理论与实践有所促进。

The microscopic power of Sponge City—Take the Japanese city of

Abstract:
In recent years, many of the sudden rainstorm makes surface runoff and rainwater recycling in our city more and more problems. When the flood season, the city waterlogging disasters, but also caused the waste of water resources and city ecological environment deterioration. Sponge city construction technology is one of the effective ways to solve these problems. This paper takes the Japanese city of "Rain Court" as the based on the operating mechanism and characteristics of the city, a detailed analysis of the urban details of the rain soaked green measures. The micro power of sponge city is excavated, and the expectation is promoted to the construction theory and practice of China.
