既有住区人居低碳品质评价模型及可视化研究

摘要:
人作为构建低碳住区的第一个维 度,其对住区低碳品质的评价是对住区进行 更新改造的关键理论之一,而我国对既有住 区的低碳品质评价体系研究较为缺乏。首先 通过对大连市既有住区进行现场调研,结合 问卷进行综合评价;然后运用MATLA B软 件中Fuzzy Logic模块将主观因素与客观因素 结合,建立了有效的低碳品质模糊评价模型, 实现了该模型精确的可视化表达。通过该模 型的建立,可以针对每个既有住区给出一个直 观的评价结果,用于指导既有建筑改造。

Research on the Model of Low Carbon Quality Evaluation and Visualization in Existing ResidentialAreas

Abstract:
Human beings, as the fi rst dimension of building the low carbon residential areas, its evaluation of low carbon quality in residential area is one of the key theories to renovate the residential area. However, the study on the low carbon quality evaluation system of existing residential areas is still scarce. Firstly, through investigating the existing residential areas of Dalian, the comprehensive evaluation is conducted combined with the questionnaire. Then by using the Fuzzy Logic module in MATLAB software, an effective Fuzzy evaluation model of low carbon quality is established, in which the subjective factors and objective factors are combined and the accurate visual representation of the model is realized. Through the establishment of this model, it’s expected that it can be used to give an intuitive evaluation result for each existing residential area, and provide guidance for renovation of existing buildings.
