高密度城市公共活动中心多层步行系统更新研究

摘要:
步行环境恶化和公共空间缺失是 当前主要的城市问题。针对国内现有公共活 动中心区步行环境的实际情况,提出四种可 行的建设模式,继而以上海五角场和徐家汇 为例,具体阐释多层步行系统的可行模式及 其所带来的地区活力。通过案例阐释,得出网 络化、立体化的多层步行系统适应于当前国内 大多数高密度城市公共活动中心区城市再更 新这一结论,但也指出,应通过多种评估来定 量剖析公共中心区步行空间实际需求,实现城 市精细化设计。

Research on Multilayer Pedestrian Network Renovation of Central Activity Zone in High Density City

Abstract:
The deterioration of the pedestrian environment and the lack of public space are the key issues in urban development. How do planners mitigate the adverse impacts of highdensity living in CAZ (central activity zone), which will be discussed in this paper. Based on the actual situation of the pedestrian environment in the existing CAZ, four feasible construction modes are put forward. Then, the feasible models of the multilayer pedestrian system and the regional vitality are explained by taking Shanghai Wujiaochang Area and Xujiahui Area as examples. Through the case studies, it is concluded that the multilayer pedestrian system, which is networked and three-dimensional, is suitable for urban renewal practices in the majority of CAZs of China. It also points out that it should be quantitatively analyzed through various assessments to meet the needs of pedestrian environment in CAZ, which will be beneficial to intensive development.
