This paper puts forward the training mechanism of “differentiation” for academic postgraduates in architectural technology discipline, and analyzes ways and approaches of curriculum reform from two aspects of teaching means and teaching contents, and then expounds the establishment and practice of laboratory hierarchical management system. It is clear that the training of academic graduate students in the discipline of architecture technology should be aimed at improving the students’ comprehensive innovation ability and adapting to the market demand.
